Training

Training is readily available to all our clients, although the intuitive nature of our applications dramatically reduces the need for extensive training. Training services are backed up by step-by-step functional user guides.

We offer on-site and hands-on training sessions across the country. These interactive training classes allow our clients to learn all the critical areas of the applications, while applying what have been learned immediately on their own data in a hands-on setting.

Guided by experienced and knowledgeable product trainers, learning is maximized by following along on a computer and completing follow up exercises. Clients will also benefit from an open learning environment where suggestions and ideas are freely exchanged. Training manuals with screen shots, tips & tricks, and step-by-step procedures are also provided to help reinforce what has been learnt.

We, through Convexus Managed Services Inc., provide also Fund Valuations and Accounting, Trust Accounting, Unitholder Recordkeeping, Transfer Agency, Investor Communications and Tax Reporting Services.
